It results in both an admission that the resume is fake and the submittal of the candidate’s real resume. We also ask why, why are you using the fake resume? The response is universally the same. These people do not believe that they can find work in the US relying solely on their actual experience. They feel they have to inflate it to a great degree just to get noticed. Many other candidates for the visa were struggling with terms in the job placement ads “They want a candidate who knows ORM and Agile. I do yoga so I’m pretty agile, but they don’t say if they want Ashtonga or virdayana? How do I answer this!” screamed Vetanaya Gamesh. In the end it’s a win win. America gets the labor they need and India gets rid of its untouchable caste. Each nation reaps the rewards of business process off-shoring.
