Bro: call your DMV
and ask them power of attorney document for the car.
Fill that, and get it attested 5$ avutandi
you mention your relative name in it. if you won't be able to come bacl, your relative will have th power to sell the car. Inform the same thing to the bank where you got the loan.
i did the same thing last yr, happily i got stamped

Loan motham clear chesakane naa name meda ki title transfer chesthadu kada mama Finance vadu.. appati varaku title vaadi name meda ne untundi. So either nenu loan motham clear chesi, title naa peru meda ki change cheyinchukuni appudu relatives ki car & title transfer papers meda sign chesi ivvali.

Nee close friends vuntaru kada..be in touch..

in worst case as u mentioned

u can give power of attorney to ur friend to make sure

he can deal on ur behalf like rental lease cancel , car selling etc..

Thanks Jailer saab.. How big ante oka 200+ untaru anukunta.. Maa batch ee unnam oka 10members daka but inka evaru stamping ki poledu so far. So idea ledu ela avuthndo

Give power of attorney to frnd... decide iyye daaka payments pay cheyyi... if decided that u wont be able to return.. then mee frnd ni car teesukomani cheppu and he can make the rest of the installments.... even though the loan is on ur name... once the loan is cleared... then he can fax the docs to u if signature is required for title transfer...
