dude, check with your local DMV, konni states lo aithe compulsory in state drivers licence ki change cheskovaali, lekapothe registration cheyyaru, DMV vallaki teliyaka kaadu, adi vaalla rule so check with DMV.

Also in case if they permit to buy a car with a different state DL, I wouldnt do dat, endukante you need to keep ur DL upto date with your current address ( its our responsibility), say neeku edanna unknown citations ala unnayi anuko, then those citations will go to the address on ur DL, and now you have moved on to a diff state, so ah citations gurinchi neeku telise avakaasam undadu, n u ll end up in big trouble.

you can ask the dealer to register the car to your current state of licnese.. no big deal.. but he has to register it online etc.. and might charge you extra money for paper work...
