Sept 2012 nundi ippativaraku job continuous ga undi....Ippudu RFE lo submit a complete employment history from July 3rd 2012, to july 2013, inka pay stubs etc ani aduguthunnaru....kani first 2 months job ledu kadha...ippudu etla manage cheyyochu...OPT lo 90 days job lekunda undochu ani antaru kadha....So sept nundi employment history and pay stubs pampisthe chaala leka july nundi compulsory kaavala? Idi varaku evaranna ee situation face chesinra? Thank you...........

[/quote] send the paystubs you have nothing to explain of that two months ..it is ok ..if you are trying to explain those two months unemployment they may be in wrong thinking ..it is ok upto 90 days of unemployment..Better to call college and explain the situation they will do better... Dont worry you will definitely get opt ext ....

[/quote] Ayya maadi state university.................Idi ma friend di ani first post lone cheppina kadha..........vaadu okka employer daggarne unnadu......adi kuda correct gane update chesindu univ lo......client kuda okkade so location update kuda avasaram ledu anukunta....red lo unnadi nti? i-765 lo employer name untadi but employment duration undadu kadha...but employer letter lo duration mention chesindu........
