Opt Doubt

I am an OPT right now..It was started on July 5th. I am in training through a consultancy and they gave me an offer letter that says i have started my internship on July 5th. But it's been 22 days i haven't submitted my employment details to DSO. I have to submit them within 10 days right. It is past 10 days. So my question is "Is it fine to submit the details now with the start date from July5th ? or I can get a new offer letter that will says i have started 10 days ago from today's date . So that i can submit that ...[/color][color=#333333]

ne opt start aina 3 months lopala nuvu employer ni inform cheyali. But remember., if u change ur employer it is then with in 10 days u have to inform about ur change. Otherwise, Sevis will not be updated and DHS will think that u went out of status and may terminate the status.
ippudu needi aa situation kadu kada., so nuvu safe. ASAP mee DSO ki cheppu employer details.

aa 10 days rule DHS/USCIS vallu pettaro leka univ of texas vadu ala ichado.....nenu change of employer details 1 and half month ki update chesa ma univ lo, naku kotha tension start aindhi.....

OPT ext lo unte, no problem ata.

nuvvu freak out avvaku. you can have upto 90 day as unemployment in whole 1 year opt. u need to update DSO immediately that u joined this company. DSO will answer ur questions happily they are not USCIS to get scare.

nenu employer change ayya ani mail kottagane, last date of employment with previous employer and start date with new employer adigaru and i replied, so i think iam good here

actual ga emaindhi ante first ma employer details icha, kani job vachaka ma vadu vere company (his friend's) meedha payroll run chesadu, so employer change ani DSO lo update chesa....idhi jarigindhi, anyways thanks frnd
