[/quote] Bhayya naku monna h1 lo lottery lo pick avaledu....so malli school n now in CPT...my question is, can i let IBM manager know all these carp story or tell something and wait till next year and take fulltime???? I just what to know which is a better way to deal with IBM Ur reply will help mem alot bhayya

IBM India ithe different case... So my advice is wait for 1 yr... say something to manager and take fulltime next yr.
