Pay Check Difference In 29 Mnth Opt

i have a question.

naku opt jan 2012 to may 2013 varaku 15 days ki 3k paycheck occhedi... ipdu prastutam job ledu & employer maranu... so paychk run cheyiddam ankuntnanu india veldamani..
i'm thinking of 1k per 15 days (takkuva taxes kattavocchani)... so pay check lo inta drastic change (3k to 1k) unte emina problem avtunda future lo....(may be when applying hech1)

please share ur knowledge & experience regarding this..
