Metro might be a great boost for plot/flat/land vallue increase soon after Telangana is formed.

Weather wise, geographical wise, Infrastructure wise etc etc....etla chuskunna Hyderabad ki thiurugu ledhu(Politicians M kudpakapothe)

Most importantly....WATER! ee prob aithe undadhu ankutunna..... already Krishna water 3rd phase running I guess

Yes....exactly im saying that...See there is a difference btw High amount investment and Safety Investment.....High amounts will be in andhra side.....safety investment is like just for stability in incase situation.....thats wht people follow from now on i think.
