Most importantly, there must be large scale migration into cities, from the current ~50% to greater than 85% urban population, similar to TN for any sort of progress to happen. Its not going to be easy. The biggest obstacle is the unrealistic land prices around the andhra region. There'll be lot of debate on the model for development in the coming years. Hopefully, more people will come out of agriculture and into industries. 2
