ChaitanyaVaddadi Posted July 31, 2013 Report Posted July 31, 2013 In USA its a different case... when they divided it into states... and chose the capitals... they selected the capitals as the city which is in the middle if the State and more feasible to everyone basically central place to where the population is scattered at that particular point. They did not think of the economic growth of the regions before making their selection, as it still did not come into picture when the states was initially divided. Its is not by choice that USA made this decision.
