H1B Doubt - Plz Help

I work in a MNC @Hyd

My Employer filed H1 2013, by gods grace it was approved

But my manager isn't scheduling Interview, He said he will do only if there is some requirement

So if in case, if I move to a new Employer, will this H1 be valid?

What if my employer doesn't give me the original H1B approval notice?

Can I ask my new employer to schedule H1B interview for stamping?

u can transfer to new employer from Oct1st...with your H1.
till then...u cant move

I dont think we can transfer on Oct.......
we have to wait for 3 months with the old employee ( who had applied for H1) and after that we can transfer

First check if you can find a new employer who can try your transfer and can they support your visa interview ..
