Urgent H-1B Extention Help

Hi Friends,

Na H-1B visa November 2013 lo expire avutundi. Project is ending on Dec 2013 and I have work order and end client letter until dec 2013. For how many years they will extend my visa.. since my project is expiring in Dec 2013. Should I create my own end client letter.. Please help... Thanks
