Urgent H1 Rfe Doubt...plzz Help

Bhayyas, Ma friend ki okadki H1 RFE padindi and he has an imp question. Koddiga help cheyandi. His situation is as below

H1 master quota regular lo apply chesadu April lo and his H1 got picked in lottery. Present status is RFE. Kani twist endi ante he didn't have a Masters degree certificate when he applied for H1. Employer applied by showing final transcript. Appadki manodu thesis presentation ivvaledu so he didn't get degree certificate...Apr 10 ki ichadu and he got degree certificate in the month of May.

Ayte June ending ki RFE padindi asking for degree certificate...and then employer sent it. Ayte e roju lawyer mailed saying H1 rakapovachu alternatives petko ani. Enduku ra sami ante he said, in order to apply H1 in masters quota, you need to meet requirements before Apr1. But ma frnd ki May lo degree certificate vachndi so H1 rakapovachu ani antunadu lawyer....

What do u guys think? Lawyer gadu correst e cheptnada? Ma lawyer gadu pedda sodi gadu...sagam telsu sagam telvadu...So mana DB vasule thop ani post estunna...Help guys...

Lawyer doest know the thesis completion. He sould have defended at RFE answer by better way. ur frnd should use opt now.

Athani OPT extension already expired in June...He took I20 from univ...Prastutanki he is on Cap gap...

RFE lo only degree certificate adigadu bhayya...so he sent the degree certificate...ippudu RFE under review poyndi...
