OPT extension appudu, college vallu USCIS ki personal letter raasi pamparu saying that his thesis is in final completion ani...so daanitho USCIS OPT ext approve chesindi anta.

S o rr y ......not convinced to advice you properly...As per rules, without STEM degree certificate extension is not approved. Transcripts does mention that degree is awarded or not. To prepare itwozero to be sent to uscis for extension card, they must have certificate.........edo lolli undi anduke RFE padindi.....anduke lawyer alternative ethukkomantunnadu.

Appudu eppudo vesa malli leputuna e thadu...just an FYI...ma friend gadki RFE July 17 ki RFE response review ani chupichndi....e roji daka the status is still the same... ....Papam bhayya baga feel avtunadu..He didnt apply to any univs as well...

Ippudu que enti ante...if worst case happens...can we ask univ to provide I20 after October 1 for 1 more month? if not enni days lo US vadili vellipovali? Because he is on cap gap..his OPT already expired in July....
