Karan Johar who had remade Agneepath with Hrithik and Priyanka Chopra hasrecently bought the rights of Vettai film which was directed by N. Linguswamy. The film was co-produced by UTV in Tamil, and now Karan Johar had tied up with the production house for the Hindi remake. KJo informed that the details of the cast and crew will be finalized soon including the director. The original version had Arya, Madhavan, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul in the lead roles.
