Ara_Tenkai Posted August 1, 2013 Report Posted August 1, 2013 i have been paid as a back wage for about 1000 dollars with pay run date as 1st july 2013 to 31 july 2013 for about 435 hrs at a pay rate of 2.5$. This is because my employer company had an audit by USCIS (dont know exactly) officials last month. They found out that the OCT, NOV and DEC 2012 pay is less than what my employer had mentioned in LCA and the auditors made them pay me. i am planning to go for stamping next month. Does this have any negative effect on my stamping... Please help...
