First of all, on what basis UPA has concluded the bifurcation, and if they have justified reasons, then Congress party should answer these questions. Have you shown the complete statistics related to Andhra and Telangana to the shareholder parties of UPA? Had the shareholder parties studied those statistics before taking decision on bifurcations on Andhra Pradesh? Why leaders from Telangana and Andhra are not given a chance to voice their opinions in UPA meet? You have to pass judgements only after listening to both sides only, right? At a time when Telangana moment is at peaks, Congress has done nothing. But what is the need for sanctioning separate state just before elections? Is this not a ploy? How will Digvijay say that all other separate-state demands in country are quite different from Telangana? Who will decide about the new capital of Andhra Pradesh? Which government would decide, state or central? Are you going to re-divide constituencies too? How are you going to decide on local status to already settled Andhraites in Hyderabad? What are the loans and debts AP government is having? How these debts are shared between two states? How will banks and loan vendors accept to sharing of debt on two states? Which state will share more or less? With no capital city and no immediate revenue generation like Hyderabad, how Andhra will pay? If Banks don't agree for sharing loan, then who will take that burden? What is the plan to share irrigation water between two states? What is the plan to share existing resources and industries that are associated to them? If Telangana thrives to build more projects on Godavari, then how Andhra will get those disputes resolved? If thermal power generation projects are increased in Telangana, then what happens to the already built projects in Andhra that are buying coal from Singareni? If we keep on asking such questions, the list will be endless and Congress party will be speechless. At least if Sonia Gandhi could answer one question among them, she would have given much clarity about creation of new state, rather simply announcing it like a 'festival' gift.
