Glamorous heroine-turned-Medak MP Vijayashanti has heaved a sigh of relief after coming to know that she was suspended from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi by its president K Chandrasekhara Rao.[/size][/font][/color][color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4]
In an open letter on Thursday, Vijayashanti said she had not received any show-cause notice or a letter suspending her from the party.[/size][/font][/color][color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4]
“In any case, I say a big thank you to KCR for suspending me. I am grateful to by brother KCR for allowing me to continue in the TRS for six years and participate in the Telangana movement,” she said.[/size][/font][/color][color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4]
She, however, said she had not resorted to any indiscipline in the TRS and had not violated the party orders.[/size][/font][/color][color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4]
“What I said was that the Telangana state had become a reality only due to the sacrifices made by Telangana martyrs. There is no need for my followers to get agitated over my suspension. I thank the people of Medak for honouring me all these days,” she said.[/size][/font][/color]
