[/quote] the prob is ...most of the gov jobs doesnt require[b] talent and saduvu[/b] to do their jobs.....the only govt jobs which require saduvu and talent is civil services and that doesnt have quota.......most govt jobs ki basic eligibility criteria satisfy ithe chalu..so they put up quota so that locals can work at their native places

[/quote] yes correct....also i have seen lot of andhra people doing basic jobs like clerks,pueons in TG region...which can easily be accommodated to TG people
