Actually in govt jobs ,there is a local and non local quota like 85:15 ratio
But in AP case,the government recruited more non locals in Telangana area than the allowed ratio .Also the government in many cases instead of filling a vacancy in Telangana area with people.many times it transferred existing employes from andhra region and filled the job in name of 'deputation' or temp posting .And filled the thus created vacancy resulted by transfer/deputation of andhra employee by the local andhra person..so all such employers should go to back to the respective original locations

A government order (G0 610) was issused in 1985 to identify such people and send them back...but till now it was not implemented

There is an estimate that over 1.5 lakh such jobs are occupied by people from Andhra ,there by depriving people from Telangana Govt Jobs
