No Right Turn On Signal

Guys,

I took right turn on red signal in NC state. I didn't observe the sign board at signal. If i caught in camera, what happens.

I am driving MI state registration car and it has the Michigan address. If they send ticket to MI address, i don't get those mails. I am staying in NC state.

what to do?

change address of MI plate to another ferind address lvingin in michigan.. i did the same.. but not sure if they are sedning anything to new address.
