1. It doesnt matter if you have fake or genuine exp. as long as end-client is satisfied with your performance.
2. Having fake exp. doesnt deter you from expressing your opinion on anything.
3. Fake or not, its after all the money that matters and those people who are making noise in AP/TG or abroad ultimately worried about their investments already made in those regions and also worried about future investments.

Dont worry about your fake exp., after some years, you will be any way having genuine exp. with which you can make genuine CV.

Bro, you missed the whole logic there. The companies whom we work for are MNCs whose ultimate goal is to make profits and they do not bother about ethics, especially with regards to contractors. Will they think about you and your family commitments when they decide to lay you off?

Coming to talented and genuine -> if you are talented nobody can stop from succeeding - not a fake exp. guy or not another talented guy can harm you at all.
After all its world of competition out there, if a talented and genuine experience guy cannot deliver on time but a fake exp. guy does deliver, whom does the company prefer?

As a matter of fact, companies (here in UK as well, except Investment Banks) do not do any BGC for contractors, they hire on the fly and fire on the fly with one weeks notice. So it means for a company it really doesn't matter if a contractor has fake or genuine exp.
