one person middle class now. have parents, wife, kids.

suddently health problems comes. need to spend big time money for that. he sold properties for them.

get in the status of BPL since you have nothing except dependents. health problems doest cure easily.

so suddently want heart bypass. dont have money. go to hospital in HYD. hospital says apply for Arogya Sri. it will take 1 year min to get atleast 80% money from arogyasri. remaining 20% he loanes. he has done surgery and gets well.

so at the end he have nothing except dependents. Then he thank Govt.

But in other way around SA govt (if devided without HYD in a way no connection to SA...Let say)..says that the person dont get Arogya Sri in SA as no funds for it. what would this person should do ?
