My Suggestion Who Are Planning To Invest In Hyd

my suggestion who are planning to invest in hyd. We had saw a flat in a good location which is in heart of city. We planned to buy a house and asked real estate constructor he is demanded heavely before 10 days. He almost asked us to pay 3800/sft but we asked for 3200-3300/sft he said he can't, we met him meetings so many times but he didn't respond positively. But all of a sudden we left it, but we was shocked builder is calling us he is ready to give 4 3250/sft. Builder kept almost 20 flats are unsaled due to his over money thoughts. All of a sudden he is in hurry to sell all his flats as soon as possible.
When we asked him why ur hurry???

Better if any 1 want to buy properties, buy only properties which are almost completed. Dont' believe who had started construction they may stop in middle if prices goes down.

actually this is good time to buy in hyd. maa owner gaadu kuda cheptunnadu rates taggutunnai ee SA/TG godavala valla ani... vaaadu pedda builder. kaani vaadey antunnadu ippudu konesi pettukunte 1 year lo malli rates zoom avtai ani. invest chesevallu untekonchem oori ki dooram lo metro pass aye places lo konukkovachu.... good time now.
