Gc Process----I-140 Approved In F1 Opt

My I-140 got approved in OPT status baa, eppudu H1B processing lo undhi.....

My question is...
1. I-485 apply chesinappudu vadu emaina reject chesa avakashalu untaya ? (As i stated my GC in OPT and 140 approved as well in OPT only)
2. H1b ki effect emaina untundha (edhi 1st h1 nadhi)

as far as i'm concerned...............my labor got approved in OPT and i got my H1 for 3 yrs. so no issues - 2nd question.
1st question - i have no idea. but my attorney said there will be no issues.

Murthy vallaki call chesanu baa, they informed GC is for future employment and you can apply at any time but don't go out of country if applied in OPT annadu.

kanni neenu okka blog lo chadhivindhi ella undi....if you apply GC in F1, you will be violating f1 rules and when you apply for 1-485 you will be informed that you are out of status from that period(140 apply chesinaapati nuchi) anni....
