No, my application is under EB2 (i did only Masters)

I-140 approval in OPT gives some exemption and qualifies to apply I-485. Strongly recommend to check with Attorney..

You can file I-140 and I-485 simultaneously if labor approved in OPT and/or CPT. Again check with Attorney..

I dont think apply for I140 during OPT...gives us an option of being considered under EB1 instead of EB2.

F1 ante specify cheyyi, opt extension lo unnappudu gc file cheste no issues, maa fren ki recent ga approve aindi gc, vaalla attorney cheppina daanni batti, opt first year lo apply cheyyalevu gc ki, but when u r in extension u can do it with no issues..

for me they have charged $3000 for labor and 140, for 485 it will be 2000 more.
