Bhaiyallu... okka help kavali.... naa H1B Ref padindi.. ( 6 yrs nuchu same employer as full time) this is 2nd extension and Ref padinidi.. koni letters kavali ani.. lawyer end user letter pampnchidni and she sent the below letter to get it signed by the end user on their letter head.......... I have no problem in getting this......but the words she is using is not correct.....

This letter confirms that XYZ Company is the end-user of the services of the above mentioned beneficiary as an Engineer. The beneficiary will be working on an ongoing long term project, expected to be completed by September 2016 at our address, XYZ location. ABC Company is the beneficiary’s actual employer and has the exclusive authority to hire, pay, fire, supervise, and control the beneficiary’s work. XYZ Company is not the beneficiary’s employer, nor has the ability to assign the beneficiary to a different employer or work location.

neenu vundi.. mine is a full time position and I am telling her not to use the words "beneficiary wil be working on ongoing long term project and to be completed Sept 2016".. I am saying that when it is a full time position when do you want to use the end date and telling her to change that to " beneficiary is a full time employee to ABC company at XYZ location"...

which is correct kocham help cheyandi bhayallu...........

the reason she stated for using the project and duration is that since it is a H1B, she has to use the end time for the project.... and I said why does the question arises when it is a full time...... not a contract position........

U can even mention ongoing and continue with multiple extensions thats what i mentioned and got approved for 3 years
