If u r working in NYC even for .net u get paid to vendor 100 plus..so getting 100 to employer is what most of the people looking for..and 150 per hr to employer is all bull ###### now a days even sap also not getting..those are the days gone..if some one says that crap..ask them whether he is getting that he says friend friend..100 to employer is max I guess for employer if u r Sr developer..people get paid more for lead ,arctitech..again more billing shorter projects..this is catch..
I am talking about open tech like java .net etc..not some very rare tech..

So 100 to emp is max for thread starter tech..and if you are very good at latest tech and willing to work long hrs at finance at NYC...

Some time back I asked abt big data tech one says normal billing and other says 186 per hr..so confused..what to believe..

I know GC and citizens are getting paid 120 130 as leads in finance NYC..this place is the best pay market in USA..

So confused how come developers get 150 plus..if any body is really getting paid please share tech..only first hand info..no pends pends stories..
