Maa side... chittoor , tirupati, Nellore & vongole in peaks inka....

Hyd slightly down...unable to predict as of now if it will raise shortly or takes time to raise...but eventually its gona raise...for sure... its risky to invest for realtors (coz they have to pay interest for loan) & right time for buyers...

Source : maa father tolded....into real estate for the past 15 yrs...ninnaney matlaadaanu... %$#$

chittoor lo last 1 year lo ne full ga perigindhi asalu... 3 yrs back maa father 6 lakhs ki konna land ippudu over 20L ayyindhi... last year o eppudo corporation chesaaru.. daantho full rise

nenu anedi antha petti konevallu unnara ani.. rate di emundi penchi dobbutharu.. eroju 1C petti konnaka repu daani value 30L ki padipothe who is responsble i say..
