· Experience in complete recruitment life cycle.
· Must have good understanding of IT terminologies and Technologies.
· Must be able to meet Targets.
· New business development experience.
· Experience in usage of all job portals like Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, etc
· Negotiating & finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens, GC, and H1B’s.
· Must have proficiency in all tax terms.
