It's not the money that helps Nissan. This is what needed for SA right now.

1. identify the capital city
2. Build assembly, secreteriate, 100 buildings (multistorey) for various govt departments.
3. Identify the cultivation land in SA, find the water resources capacity needed for both TG and SA, Make a strong agreements for the water allocation between two areas.
4. Build 1 central university in capital city,
5. Build 2 Central Premier Institutes in the capital city for Sciences.
6. Build 3 Major Medical Hospitals (5000 beds, 10 ICU dept in each)
7. Build Metro and Transportation in the Capitol City.
8. Allocate Proper Transportation Vehicles for the GOVT and Hospitals.
9. Build 2 Central Premier institutes for the Business Education.
10. Build one airport with 2 runways and 10 Terminals.
11. Make sure that Railway Junction is built in the Capital City.
12. Build MLA Quarters.
13. Build CM and Ministers Residences and OFFICES.
14. Make sure that atleast 300000 employees are present in the above said facilities.
15. Make atleast 3 SEZ for Private Businesses to Kick start.

Now hw much money needed for this. How much can be completed in 10 years.
