If u had brain u can think in reality. hyd ni 2nd capital ante no revenue will go to central.

Delhi is independent state who indian revenue will go there and all outskirts till 100kms are developed so well.

If hyd becomes 2nd capital then whole south indian revenue will come here no one will point towards state because we will give some % to all states depending on our capacity we can develop our state, we can get major share easily. No state will come and compile us to give revenue share. If hyd is 2nd capital means whole telangana will develop because everyone comes here.
