UT avvadam istham ledu kaani it is linked to both regions in a complex way. So better make it UT and share the revenue for both regions. People think that central govt will take all revenue but its not true. all the revenue is spend on the city itself. central govt as usal takes only income tax. it doest take business tax, VAT as it is constitutionally not possible.
