Hi, naadi h1 approval vachesindi. Oct 1st na naadi h1 start avutundi. nenu prastutam cpt lo undi work chestunna...opt march lone ipoyindi....cpt tho h1 apply chesanu....ippudu aug end varuku cpt undi....nenu classes ki vellaledu....so oaka course fail chesaru, next sem admission ivvamu annaru becaz of that f grade....univ vallu vere univ ki transfer avvamannaru.......h1 approved undi kabatti, will i be safe status for that 1 month without enrolling in any courses or pakka oct 1st varuku student status lo undala....any help plz

main ga Oct 1st daka nee SEVIS active ga undali... direct ga ask the Immi dept at school. Nenu Oct 1st ninchi h1 medaki move avuthanu.. it is approved. so ippudu 1 month ki verey college kakunda inka emayina option unda ani... they will defly help.

Once your Sevis is terminated, You have 2 months on F1 to stay and find other status. So, that will cover you. but, work permit kastam. ask your employer to hold payroll and pay in the month of october all at once. or else ask him to pay cash for a month.

Option 1 : Go to the Immigration DSO , explian the immigration situation clear by adding
" got some family issues "
Give a try ,At least few smart ppl will understand the only reason we paid thousands to them.

Options 2: Try to work on the DOC letter thing, either by finding a desi doc in sulekha or F..AKE that letter.

Option 3: if you are afraid to use option 2 , then join the school (Delware Golden / Las American Intl )take a payment plan and only pay first part.
