QA Senior Member will be responsible for leading and providing Quality Assurance services to our client, a financial institution. Must take ownership of the QA and implement QA best practices and testing standards.
Must be able to design and develop test strategies, test plans and execute quality assurance testing activities to ensure the applications are in compliance with the QA standards.

Position Accountabilities[/size][/font][list]
[*]Analyze project requirements for test planning and risk management purposes.
[*]Manage quality assurance (*QA*) processes: test planning and analysis, HPQC set-up, requirements traceability, defect management, test environment set-up, and dashboard management reports as needed.
[*]Collaborate with project team members on test coverage, issue management, and risk reduction.
[*]Prepare overall QA/ user acceptance testing (*UAT*) schedule.
[*]Prepare QA/UAT documentation.
[*]Create and support a parallel UAT test plan that maps existing ReconPlus manual & quasi-manual business processes to new ReconArt functionality.
[*]Advise team members in test case authoring, test case execution, and other test processes.
[*]Defect management: schedule and manage defect triage meetings and prepare defect reports as needed throughout the test execution period.
[*]Reporting: prepare weekly and/or test summary reports as required by project management.
[*]Assist with business analysis activities as needed.
[*]Training assistance as needed.
[*]Design and execute tests
