Annam.. chapathi;s.. etc avg ga time ki tini.. migitha time lo.. ante manak chiru thindlu tine alavaatu unte.. avi avoid chesi,.. water or juices taagadam betteruuu... mari aakali ante eat fruits... edi 2 weeks follow avvu...2 kgs taggutavu... Proven!!

Avoid white rice and eat brown rice. First 2 days difficult but later you don't even touch white rice. Trust me. I am doing same. You can prepare pizza also. whole wheat pizza at home. So you need not to miss pizza. just do this for 2 months. you wont see your tummy at all. Trust me.
