ikkada oka twist untundi raja.. companies will recover all GC expenses if you leave in between process.. generally if you work for them min 2yrs like that after getting your GC you can walk out with out any issues.. btw forget about the GC with EB3.. be ready to be pay the GC fees which comes around 7-10k dependss on the state when you jump.. if your company dont take then you are lucky mostly they does..not to scare you.. hidden facts...
