Learn technology well and switch jobs and find an onsite project.. dats my suggestion.. india nunchi F1 tappa H1's pedda ekkuva workout avatledu dude... and meanwhile TCS has good reputation for sending people to USA if they are working good.. Try that mode for sometime.. once you land here, you can try for other opportunities..
