HI mayya,

monna edho thread lo nee dite gurinchi vesavu (rice asalu manesavu ani)

please elaborate cheyyava nee diet gurinchi like

1) Chicken , Fish , Shrimp ekkada kontavu (Chicken which company's is good? chicken which part of it do you buy? and which fish do you buy?)

2) Grill chestanu annav ante nee daggara grill undha lekapothe kitchen lo oven lo chestava?

3) okesari gril chesthanu annav weekly, entha quantity chestavu (Chicken, Fish and Shrimp)?



inka emaina details cheppalanukunte please add them. Please help me, want to quit rice

scared that I might get Diabetes and if you eat white rice, you will get diabetes for sure

thats why want to stop eating white rice

nenu bhi once in a while baga craving vunte tappa rice tinatledu

only oats, chapatis wheat bread lantivi appudappudu noodles (idi healthy oo kaadoo telidu but tintunna)

kaani rice ki alternative kanapadtledhu , chapathis cant make them every day bcoz I am single

thats why asking serious suggestions

white rice badulu brown rice tinu its good fr health.....replace white with brown reduces lots n lots of carbs.......

n weekdays full rice cut cheyyi......weekend just to satisfy ur mind tat u r eating have rice with plenty of moong dal in the [b][size=5]morning time[/size][/b]

ratri full ga dinner cut cheyyi.........if u workout hv 8 egg whites.....some fruits , salads,,,....or dal with spinach without chapathi or rice....boiled veg.....boiled brocolli with a lil bit fried in olive oil....nt deep fry...half a spooon.....
