if no one does it u can do it by urselves...and set an example..

neeku job entha sepatiloo avthundoo telusu..
but nee co worker more than required time adigaadu anko..
if the time falls wiithin timeline of your work ..then its ur call wether to allow tht person to take so much time or u can say can u please do it quickly..
but job chesedhi athanu...direct cheseshi nuv kabatti...u shd be patient sometimes and give them the time they need..
because future lo when u need somethin to be done.they will step up for u...for getting the job done..

basically u shd always concentrate on gaining the trust and morale of ur subordinates
so tht u are all a TEAM and work for the betterment of organization to achieive the objectives and goals.
but not have egos and work fears..
