You may get approval but takes minimum 6 months to 1 year or even more
(some people got approval after 2 years) for 1-290 B (Motion for reopen).
Better apply for Motion to Reconsider than Reopen.

why don't you apply next year ? Meanwhile join in a college.
Apply Fresh is lot better or if you don't want to leave job go out the country and get stamped.
