Different Resume For H1 Transfer..?

na h1 approve ayindi...i gave original resume for it..around 3 yrs exp unde.

but ipudu inko offer vachindi, but the resume is different for it.luckily background verification kuda antha cheyaledu as i was working with this implementing partner since an year....so they started the paper work.

so if the new employer submits a different resume to uscis for h1transfer,,will it be a problem.Did anyone do this ..please suggest
