If u really serious ....u can start anywhere...manam indian restaurants lo basic service thakkuva...like dine in ki vachina vallani drinks adagadam...and order time ki teesukoka povadam...these are huge mistkes.....First do reaserch and see Yelp.com for reviews and compare thim with the better ones...or non indian ones what is lacking anedhi telsuthundhi...

also,us lo restaurants anni oka desi community daggare untayi oka 10 restaurants oke boulevartd midha untayi(like irving,texas)...so alanti place lo it will not work....downtown,arts district and malls ki daggara unna places lo konchem cosmoplotian style lo pettu..it willd efinetly work ....

No Day offs unless restaurant is closed , Be ready to do any role as workers do not show up . Basically very stress full and if you are IT guy its not worth it .
