Prime Vendor neeku h1 and Gc chestey neeku hourly rate ivvaru anukunta kada.. unless he is desi.. Only Salary basis meeda deal chestaaru.. bcbs prime vendors normal ga will give u 90k+ starting if salary basis.. akkada nunchi neeku unna every 1 year exp ki 5k+ add cheskoni adugu...

Ya ade bhayyaa not hourly basis ..he said 45 per hpur and 90k per year. Max 90 kanna ivvalemu annaru with long weekend paid also. So is it good deal for 4years java exp guy??

$50/hr would be decent enuf ankuntuna..Appudu me vadu 80-20 ichina neeku $40/hr osthayi which is like 80k per annum..KC lo 80-85k manchi pay ane chepochu..
