very common problem
my sincere suggestion nuvvu enta tagite ela vuntavo telusuko till wat peg or beer u r in control
then drink daily some quantity of alcohol before coming home (ade below u r limit don't forget to eat some kind of chewing gum which mask the smell of alcohol) after some days let her know that u r drinking for certain amt of time and didn't tell her (u can write in email according to date)

may be u r wife had a very bad experience of her father or some relative where they did some bad thing so gain u r confidence that u won't do the same situation explain her that all ppl don't do wat she thinks
