owner vallu muslim bhai lu....i respect them down the heart...but last time one of my uncles bought a land from some other muslim bhai...later the second wife and her children came and saying that they also have share in that...

but in our case, the land is registred on the name of a 19 years old son, and his mother..

absolutely... if that is regestered when he was young ..he needs to reregister when he is 18+... otherwise he can claim it back , that this land was sold against the will... even the signatures wont stand.... see in what year the land is registered on his name
