nadi oct lo start avutundi... 60 days ledu kada.. inka cheyaledu .. emanna problem aa? ivvala pampista.. na opt dec varaku valid vundi.. em cheyali plz suggest

As far as I know... 60 days annadi for safe side... before 60 days COS apply chesthe... USCIS will process all that n finally we will have the status by the end of current status. (which may take 60 days) n also if ur leaving the country thats the grace period.

So u should be good as long as u apply for COS to USCIS before end of the status... already US lo unnav kabatti... u dont have any problem... apply cheysina receipt tho u can stay till u get the confirmation... only thing is, u cant leave the country till u have the status back.
