H1B - Extension Denied

My friend H1B Extension petition was denied after submitting response to RFE. ( California Center). He is working currently for MNC - in India , he processed his petition in premium mode.

Exact denial resource not known. Any[size=4] options to reopen the case?[/size]

MTR cheyyachu....takes time to get a response. Unless u have proper documents, there is no use.

every h1b petition is consider a new h1b petition. only exemption is, once you have a h1b approved, you are cap exempt for 6 years. you can file any times with out worrying about cap.
