didnt come/came and didnt see/saw lo didnt anedi past vachindi kabatti verb past tense akkarledu so it should be didnt see and didnt come.

inka havent and didnt pedda diff ledu anukunta... unless didnt anedi oka pani nenu cheyyaledu ani cheppataniki...
havent anedi cheyyaledu kani cheyyalani undi cheppataniki emo....

haven't perfect tense - past things refer cheyadanike but not necessarily happened event...

also better to use did not come and did not see rather than didn't... manam didn't antey adola untadi....

have not ki did not di main difference enti ante... did not is to be used when we are taking time into consideration. Time specific things... have not is not time bound.

i didn't get any mail today.
I haven't been receiving any mails from that address. or I haven't received any mails (for some span of time... not specific time or not specific mail)
