Within the Technology & Operations Group (TOG) Home Lending Applications area, this position will be a critical role on the Servicing Platform, which will be a key asset for the Servicing Technology Group. The Servicing Platform is essentially the label for the future technology stack for the group.

Primary responsibilities include:
· Development of multiple business projects on the Servicing Platform
· Development of standards and design patterns for the Servicing Platform
· Development of a production support and governance model for the Servicing Platform
· Effectively making use of the technology stack established within the Servicing Platform
· Participation in BCP, Audit, Compliance, SLA/OLA and Capacity Planning activities
· Open communication across the Servicing Technology Group
· Evaluating alternative technologies based on business needs
· Developing multiple “Proof of Technology” initiatives, including hands on development

Basic Qualifications:[list]
[*]Has recently and actively performed in a hands-on development role using Java technologies
[*]Has a complete understanding of the entire software development life cycle
[*]Has the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:[list]
[*]7 + years of hands on development experience in a Java/J2EE based software stack
[*]5+ years of demonstrated experience with Spring, Spring-MVC, and HTML
[*]5+ years of demonstrated experience with SQL and Oracle databases
[*]5+ years of demonstrated experience with the Eclipse IDE
[*]4+ years of demonstrated experience with web services technologies and XML
[*]4+ years of demonstrated experience with one or more DAO framework, Spring-JDBC, Hibernate, or iBatis (MyBatis)
[*]3+ years of demonstrated experience with JUnit, Inversion of Control, CSS, Java-Script, JSON, YUI and Ajax technologies
[*]3+ years of demonstrated experience in developing testing scripts to ensure quality developments
[*]Proven ability to deliver complex business solutions on time and with a very high degree of accuracy
[*]Excellent verbal and written communication skills
